This website and all of its contents have been produced by and are the property of Carbon Impacts Ltd, registered in England under Company No. 6105068 with its registered office at 145 - 157 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PY. The Carbon Impacts Logos, "Carbon Offset certification pdf", "low carbon" and "carbon free" protocols remain the property of Carbon Impacts Ltd and may only be used under licence.

Sale of emission reductions

Carbon Impacts will not sell the same emission reductions to more than one party. When a buyer completes a transaction the title of the emission reduction credits will not be passed to the purchaser. Carbon Impacts takes no responsibility for any errors made by purchasers during the purchase process. Carbon Impacts sells VER and CER projects from either, or any combination of, the VCS, Gold Standard or projects verified by an independent third party. When a purchaser makes a sale, Carbon Impacts will fund one or more projects within the basket that sequester greenhouse gas emissions on the purchaser's behalf. Carbon Impacts, reserves the right, without prior notice, to replace projects within the basket with other projects that fall within the VCS, Gold Standard VER or are projects that are verified by an independent third party. Once payment is received by Carbon Impacts, via the merchant account, from the purchaser, Carbon Impacts will fund emission reductions on the purchaser's behalf within 60 days.

Refund Policy

If you are un happy with your purchase please contact customer care at info@carbonimpacts.co.uk and we will gladly issue a full refund within 21 days of receiving your purchase from the merchant account.

Carbon Calculator

Carbon Impacts uses the most up to date available calculation factors from reputable sources like Defra and the IPCC. However these calculation factors may change from time to time. Carbon Impacts will endeavour to keep up with any changes, but does not assume a responsibility to alter its emissions calculations.

Data Protection

Carbon Impacts will not pass on personal data to any third party.

Law

Any purchase on the Carbon Impacts website will be covered by the laws of England and Wales
